Loop Route Planner v2.1.0 Release Notes
We’re excited to share what’s new in the latest version of Loop Route Planner. This update is focused on improving everyday workflow and giving you more flexibility with how you plan and manage routes. Here’s a breakdown of what’s changed:
New: Full Screen Map View
You can now switch to a full screen map when viewing your routes. Whether you’re reviewing multiple stops or fine-tuning your delivery sequence, the bigger map makes it easier to see everything at a glance. Just tap the map icon in the corner to expand.
New: Flexible Excel Import
No more headaches over formatting spreadsheets. Previously, you had to follow a strict template to import stops from Excel. With this update, Loop will do its best to auto-match your columns and pull in the right address details—even if your file doesn’t fit our old format. Importing addresses is now much more forgiving.
New: Dark Mode
Loop now fully supports dark mode. The app will automatically follow your device’s system theme, or you can switch manually in settings. This means less eye strain during early mornings, late nights, or whenever you just prefer a darker look.
New: Export Routes as Work Report PDF
Alongside the classic Excel export, you can now export your routes as a work report in PDF format. This is perfect for sharing summaries with your team or keeping records in a more formal, print-friendly format.
New: Quick Actions from App Icon
Long-press the Loop app icon on your home screen to quickly start a new route. It’s a small shortcut that saves you a few taps—especially handy when you’re on the move.
Improved: UI and Animation
We’ve refreshed the overall UI for a cleaner look and smoother navigation. You’ll also notice improved animations across the app, making every action feel a little more fluid and intuitive.
Thank you for using Loop Route Planner and for your continued feedback. We’re always working to make your experience better—if you have ideas or run into any issues, reach out anytime.
Happy planning!
