Welcome to Loop Route Planner ("we," "our," or "the app"). By using Loop, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Loop Route Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Loop. By using the app, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of the Service

You may use Loop only for lawful delivery and routing purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app in violation of any laws or regulations
• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with the performance or security of the app

5. Subscription Terms

Loop offers both free and paid subscription plans.

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes:

• Planning routes with up to 10 stops
• Access to bulk address input and route optimization features

5.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan includes:

• Plan up to 200 stops per route
• Save and reuse past routes
• Export route history
• Priority support

You can try the Pro plan free for 7 days. After that, available plans include:

• $9.99 USD per month
• $79.99 USD per year (Save over 30%)

Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

Manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Loop and its content, code, design, and branding are the property of the app developer. You may not use Loop's assets without written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Loop is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or results. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Loop after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws.
